the hotel design felt unique. the queen street room was spacious and comfortable. there was some music from the nearby bars on friday night! though it wasn't too disruptive.

The hotel had an eclectic design. The bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the good breakfast options.
There was no ramp to enter the lobby. It was not accessible for wheelchair users. I had to carry my suitcases up two flights of steps. It was difficult to move my luggage up and down the stairs.

the hotel was fine. i received an upgrade to the signature king street room, a beautiful space. i extended my visit because i did not want to leave. i plan to return.
the staff at breakfast seemed irritated and dismissive. there could have been a language barrier.
